Ajmer is a city in the northern Indian state of Rajasthan. South of the city's artificial Ana Sagar Lake is Ajmer Sharif Dargah, the domed shrine of the Muslim Sufi saint Garib Nawaz. Nearby, a 16th-century palace built by the Mughal emperor Akbar now houses the Ajmer Government Museum, displaying armor and stone sculptures. A museum at the Indo-Saracenic–style Mayo College exhibits art and taxidermied birds.

Day 1Jaipur to Ajmer, Sightseeing

Your vacation in Rajasthan would start with your arrival at the Jaipur airport, from whereon you would be transferred to Ajmer. This journey would take around 3 hours. Upon your arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend some moments in your comfortable room and then head for some sightseeing, which would include a visit to Dargah Sharif, Nasiyan Jain Temple and Ana Sagar Lake. When you wish to relax, you can return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2Pushkar Half-day Sightseeing

Continue your journey through the royal land of Rajasthan with a day trip to Pushkar. One of the oldest cities in India. On this day trip, visit the Brahma Temple, a spiritual place considered to be the only temple in the world that is dedicated to Lord Brahma. The architecture of this structure is stunning, with marble as its main component, and decorations & embellishments made out of silver coins.You may spend some time in the bustling bazaars around the Pushkar Lake (on your own). This small yet popular water body in the city has around 52 ghats, where people gather in large numbers to take a holy dip in its waters. While you are here, you may also like to explore a plethora of quaint cafes and eateries around the lake, famous for their vegetarian continental cuisine. When you wish to relax, you can return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay in Pushkar.

Day 3Departure

On this day, check-out from the hotel as per the hotel policies and plan your day according to the departure time of your flight. Once it is time for you to leave, you will get a transfer from the hotel to the Jaipur airport. Head back home with wonderful memories of your holiday in Rajasthan!
